This IN-PERSON presentation on the Navy Working Capital Fund ( NWCF) will cover its legal basis, background, how does it work, private sector similarities/differences, constraints, investments and benefits.
Gene Townsend, served as Comptroller of NAWCAD (1977-1996), Chief Financial Officer for three defense companies and one IT startup, and currently teaches business and finance and continues to be actively involved in many community organizations in southern MD.

You may park in the back or on the side of the building 1. Note there is construction for the third building so parking lot is closed on right side of building 2 (when you enter from Airport Road). The program is in Center Hall in Building 2, so please enter the back doors of Building 2.

At this time USMSM is not requiring social distancing, but caution you to follow CDC guidelines to maintain distance when possible, and to wash your hands frequently.
