Maryland college students studying for careers in economic development, public policy and similar fields are encouraged to apply for MEDA’s Rhonda Ray Scholarship. Applications for the summer 2023 semester are due by April 15, 2023, and selected students will be notified by May 15. There’s time, too, to get a jumpstart on fall applications, due July 15 for a decision by August 15.
