The Executive Program’s nine-month educational program cultivates the regional knowledge and community leadership capacities of senior executives who live or work in Calvert, Charles, and St. Mary’s counties. Participants convene monthly from September through May for behind-the-scenes exposures and discussions of Southern Maryland’s most significant issues: defense, education, environment, healthcare, public safety, and more. Cohort members build valuable relationships—peer-to-peer, business-to-business—all in the context of great fun and learning while strengthening regional collaboration.
