Bill Graf is a Director in the Investment Banking Group of M&T Bank. In this position, he is responsible for origination and execution of M&A and capital raise engagements. Mr. Graf holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The Johns Hopkins (1997) and an MBA from The University of Maryland (2007).
